So, I have decided to take part in the Royal Windsor Triathlon to help raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support and the guys and girls of Stoney and Friends which many of you know I help out with events etc throughout the year.

Please would you donate as much or as little as you can to help support everyone involved with Macmillan Cancer Support and to help motivate me through each of the events I'm training for. The swimming, cycling and running are all hard going, especially when having to do all three in one go.
