Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This is all about Mr McGinlay one of my best and closest friends for 40 years who recently died from Sarcoma.
Scott had a lesser know cancer called SARCOMA which attacks bones and soft tissues, before Scott was diagnosed with cancer he was a very strong runner and he probably would embrace the challenge of the London marathon but Scott did not have that choice it was taken away from him by SARCOMA Cancer.
Personally I am not any kind of long distance runner at all, I do not have anywhere near the level of fitness required, dedication nor mental attitude that this undertaking will need, but I will get fit, I will do my best and I will try my hardest to at least try and raise awareness and importantly raising money.
I wanted to try to make a difference, by raising money for his chosen charity SARCOMA UK, I know there is a lot of fund raising carried out by many superb people for many great causes, but if you could make a very welcomed donation then that would be really helpful.
So please would you be kind enough to sponsor me, or make a donation, I have a target of £3,000 to try and smash
Thank you for supporting SARCOMA UK
