Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In July 2006 we lost a great friend, musician, teacher and family man after a long and brave fight against Leukaemia and it's after affects. Carl Richardson was only 31 years when he passed away, but his 'life is for living' attitude was a fine example for us all during his 7 year battle against the illness.
As 2016 marks 10 years since Carl's death it seemed most appropriate to remember such a great person as I undertake the challenge of the London Marathon (my first marathon!).I also hope to raise a significant amount of money to contribute to the treatment of blood cancers, which around 38,000 people are diagnosed with every year.
