Hello All!

As some of you may know I can't play rugby at the moment, so I needed another challenge. So as a guy not built for long distance, endurance sports (chode, Depeche Chode, Chode of Chode Hall, The DaVinci Chode etc etc 'T.Briant 2014') I've naturally signed up to do the London Duathlon this Sunday 18th September. It's a 10km run, followed by a 44km bike and then finishing with a 5km run/crawl around Richmond Park. No mean feat for someone of my squat stature.

I'm raising money for a charity very close to my heart, Centre 404, a charity dedicated to helping those with learning disabilities and their families. I help out at their 'Friday Night Disco' and personally see the great work being done, a great cause.

I know I've left it rather late but if anyone could spare a few pounds for this great charity I'd be eternally grateful and I'll be sure to post some sexy snaps of me in my lycra.
