I'm once again setting off on a gentle stroll with a few friends to raise funds for the stroke  association in memory of my wonderful Dad who very suddenly and sadly passed away in November of last year 

He had lived very happily in LLay for 30+ years but one of his favourite places to visit was LLandudno...hence the start & end points
