On 7th March 2017 (just 10 weeks after surgery on my left knee - eeeek) I will be joining TV presenter Helen Fospero and a team of other intrepid explorers on an Arctic trek to raise funds for Barnardo's.   After the operation (ACL reconstruction) I will have to work hard to get my knee fit for the experience.  Please donate whatever you can, every little bit helps. 

Over 5 days we will snow-shoe, ski, husky ride and trek through the snowy terrain.
