This Father's Day (Sun 16th June) I will be running the 7 Hills of Edinburgh race - taking in Calton hill, Castle rock, Corstorphine hill, Craiglockhart hill, Braid hill, Blackford hill and finally Arthur's Seat. 14.3 miles in length and with 2200 feet of ascent - Why you ask!?!

I want to help raise vital funds for Dads Rock. They supports Dads, children and families with a crucial support network that allows them to develop confidence and key skills to shape a better relationship with their children.

Dads Rock wants Edinburgh to be known for providing an excellent community and network support for children, Dads and families.
