With Mental Health problems continuing to increase fundraising for Mind is more important than ever!

Mental health problems can leave you frightened, scared, paranoid, confused, anxious - the list goes on! Whilst this is going on some feel they have to 'fake' it and feel ashamed to admit they are struggling. I remember it well.

My goal is big not only to raise more than £2000 for Mind but to raise awareness more than anything. Let’s create a society that SUPPORTS without stigma and judgement.

That is the sort of world I want to live in!
