Our I QUIT COFFEE campaign launches on 6th November - a 21 day challenge asking you to swap your daily coffee for a matcha NOW.

Issues close to my heart such as anxiety and depression were what led me to begin this journey, realising earlier this year that sipping on coffee heightened anxiety and had a negative effect on general wellness and a positive state of mind. My amazing discovery of Matcha and its anti-anxety effects was so rewarding I want to help others see the healthy changes they can make too.
