As you may know the swim didn't go to plan, but I told Donna, Toms mum that I would raise money for TOM. I'm not a fan of saying I'll do something and not following through (like the swim) so I have set the total at ideally aiming for £10 per mile I swam rather than a donation based on completion. 

Type One Mission is the closed charity to me and one me and close friends have supported since the passing of Tom. With the 9th anniversaryof Toms passing coming up in early December I though it was fitting to donate any money toward finding a cure to type one diabetes as soon as possible.
