A little late with the page, but in 4 week's time I will be taking on the Northumberland Trail Ultra Marathon.  If I'm being honest, geographically speaking I had no idea where Northumberland was when I signed up. So, naturally, I was thrilled to find out that I will be running 56 km through the coastal hills in the very north of England, and right in the middle of winter!!

Anyway, I am of course raising money for a fantastic charity, Core Arts. They are an organisation that I work with within my role for the NHS and they provide amazing creative support to individuals with a mental health condition - you can check them out here https://www.corearts.co.uk/.
