Its been a challenging time without my Dad after he passed away of an unknown heart condition.  Since then my wife has given birth to our beautiful baby daughter, I've turned 40 and we've transformed a building site into a nice home.  All amazing occasions but all the more difficult Dad wasn't around to laugh and experience them with us.

My father started working in the printing trade at the age of 15 and worked most of his life in and around Birmingham.  He grew his company from strength to strength based on great client relationships. He even survived the digital era!  His passion was gardening, motorbikes and getting out for a pint with mates on a regular basis.

On the 24th September I'll ride 100 miles in the Velo Birmingham to honour my fathers memory and celebrate his life.  

I'm raising money and riding for the British Heat Foundation to help their research into unforeseen heart conditions and defects.
