Normandy beach landings · 4 May 2019

The UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, we've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, we provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Story

As part of our fundraising initiative we will be completing
a bike ride along the Normandy beaches, cycling over 200km in 24 hours. We will also be completing the SAS Selection March in Brecon, running the original marathon in Greece and completing a variety of other more inclusive fundraising events around the College.

Combat Stress is 100 years old this year and provides a fantastic service to help ex-servicemen/ women affected by mental health problems (such as PTSD) to help them lead as normal lives as possible.

The target for this year is £1944 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings.
