We help people with ME/CFS to understand and survive their illness

Story

I am doing to Goodwood Just Walk on May 12th for the ME association because my son Simon has ME. Simon lead a very active life before his illness in his profession as an IT consultant, regularly travelling the world. Simon is also a qualified ski instructor  and was the head coach of Bowles Ski race team. At the weekends he coached Telemark skiing, and competed in the British Telemark Championships in Austria. Since developing ME, Simon can only work three hours a day and spends a lot of time in bed to make this possible.

My team member Paul, Simon’s twin, had a major road traffic accident in 1995, is severely disabled and is now coming to terms with his condition but is keen to support his brother.
