Hi there beautiful people 

I've decided to take part in the TOTAL WARRIOR which is a gruelling 12k run with 27 obstacles. This is going to be the most challenging physical event I've EVER done and it's all in aid of my son Vinnie Shone 😍😍😍😍

Here's our story...

In 2015 my son (aged 6) witnessed an horrendous event which turned our family upside down. His behaviour got so bad he was signed off school because the teachers couldn't cope with my poorly little boy. Everyday he would have flash backs, self harm, fight with anger, cry the list goes on it was devastating to see my son in so much pain he also developed sensory filtration difficulties causing his clothes to hurt his skin. We've had 3 years of hell but we've made it 😊 My beautiful warrior is back at school and doing well life is back to "normal" for now which is amazing. I'm soooooooo proud of what my boy has achieved 😍

Trauma in children is on the raise and we all need to be educated about this devastating mental health condition.
