Hi all my name is Melanie Hanmer and i am supporting this charity as a few years ago i had an amazing support worker called lynne and she helped me immensely when i had no other support at all. She never gave up on me and helped me get my house im living in. She also helped me to get out and about as was house bound. Gofal are an amazing mental health charity. I also have another support worker helping me while im in hospital. Michelle is amazing and has also helped me over the weeks. I really want to give back to mental health so my wonderful friend and myself are going to do a 5k walk when i have reached my target. I have suffered with my mental health for a very long time so this will be a positive challenge for myself but will be well worth it. Down below is information about Gofal.
