As some of you may be aware, I am taking part in my first triathlon
on 28^th September. Whilst I know many of you reading this are seasoned
triathletes, I haven’t swum in over fifteen years and I am a nervous
cyclist; this is a very new challenge for me, and one that I am not taking
lightly!

Macmillan have provided support to many of my friends and loved
