My name is Michael. I have been a member of Special Kids in the UK for as long as I can remember. Each year they provide a camping holiday and families day for all of its members. My Mum also gets loads of advice and support  from the forum they have online

I love going to camp. I get to see all of my friends and my Mum and brothers get to see theirs. I have the freedom of a whole field to fly around in my power chair (I'm a full time wheelchair user). I get to hang out with my friends, play games, go on the bouncy castles and have water fights, sit around fire pits and toast marshmallows, dress up for the fancy dress ball and we even have our own special olympics and get medals for taking part. 

I want to give something back. So I'm going to get out of my wheelchair and try and walk a mile on a treadmill.
