Hello friendly Park Run lover's,

                                                      My name is Mikey. And although I've seen and heard all about the amazing Park Run in Eastbourne. I have never run one. So I'm going to run 100 in a week. Hopefully, that is with the help of all the people who run and start their Saturday mornings with a fresh Park Run. I simply can't run 100 Park Runs on my own. 

I need help. 

That's where YOU come in. Help me run a lap or two. If Park Run brightens your weekend then come down and say "hi". With the permission and support from the wonderful people at Eastbourne Park Run I've been allowed to set up this charity event. I will be attempting to try and run 100 laps starting on the 23rd of March at 9am and finishing on the 30th of March 2019. I want to raise as much money as I can for Alzheimer's Research UK the chairty they support too during this week. I want do this as I've worked in an Alzheimer's and Dementia care home for the last eleven years, as a chef. I've experienced first hand what happens to people who suffer with this awful disease, to not only the person, but to the family's also.
