We, Mandy, Judi and Julia and a Nissan Micra called 'Maud' are embarking on the Banger Rally challenge. It will be an amazing adventure, but we would also like to raise awareness and money for the Refugee Council.

The Refugee Council works to help vulnerable refugees to rebuild shattered lives. They offer advice with housing, employment, education as well as therapy. They safeguard and improve the lives of separated children seeking asylum in the UK.

We shall spend five days travelling from St Austell via Plymouth ⛴ Santander, Spain,and Portugal to Gibraltar with the finale in Morocco . We then make our own way back home!

In Gibraltar and Morocco we shall witness the desperate plight of refugees and feel privileged to have the freedom to travel - but also return home.
