Hi,

I'm Mike (Big Mike, MikeyG, Rock Boy). I'm a big lad, not huge but not healthy. I'm going to lose 2st by January 1st 2011 and thought I could do with an extra kick up the butt to do it!

I'm supporting Bliss as my beautiful Niece Bethany was born 6 weeks premature. Luckily she didn't need much special care at all, but some babies do, so please give generously!

Update 07/10/10: Well its been another month since my last update and im pleased to say that the weight has continued to come off, if not at the same pace. Today i weighed myself and i was 17st 2lbs. Making me 240lbs! Thanks again for all your support.

Update 01/09/10: Well i have just got home from 12 days at work , where i have been exercising and eating fairly well (considering its offshore food). This morning i have weighed myself and i have lost a grand total of .......9lbs i am now 246lbs. Thanks for your support.
