NHS staff and volunteers are doing amazing work right now in caring for COVID-19 patients.Together, let's show our respect and gratitude as they work tirelessly in the face of the virus. It's our turn to make sure we look after them, to ensure they can keep doing their vital work.

I have only just started running but I really want to do something to raise money for the NHS.  I have been running with Mum and now reached 5k.  I know running 10K won't be easy but when I think about the tough job doctors and nurses have at the moment I know it will be worth it.  Please sponsor me.  Thank you.
