Last year a small number of us ran the Gung-Ho! 5K (with giant inflatables) for Alzheimer's Research.

This year we're back, in greater and numbers and less fit than ever! And we're running for a new cause- the chosen charity for our next production and this 5K is Ty Hapus- a respite service in South Wales for people with early onset Alzheimer's and other dementias.

We're terrible at running. And also not great at climbing things. We're drama types after all. But we're gonna give it all we've got so please do donate to this wonderful cause.
