Friary gardeners is a local charity for adults with learning difficulties where they learn a variety of different skills, make friends and are given a purpose in life. It's a truly incredible charity run by a handful of full time staff and volunteers who are completely dedicated to the people they work with. Unfortunately, this charity is severely underfunded and doesn't receive the recognition it deserves for the truly inspirational work it carries out.
