Aaaaah! What have I done??! I've signed up to run the Buenos Aires 21k half marathon, and I am not, I repeat, NOT a runner. I have two months to train... HELP!!

I read some accounts of real Syrian people's individual struggles today, and it moved me so much that I knew I had to do something BIG! So now I'm signed up to run the Buenos Aires 21k and there's no turning back.

The charity is great, it gets real aid, on the ground to real people both in Syria and to Syrian refugees in its bordering countries.

This is going to hurt, but I know I'm going to make it, because I'm really inspired by the hardship of the brave and innocent civilians in Syria who would probably give their left leg to have the freedom and comfort to choose to run a half marathon.
