Nadine and Alfie are giving up facebook for Lent, a little late, but will extend if needed (I think she should rejoin us on Easter Sunday)

Nadine is again giving up FB for Lent in the hope that friends and family will support her in raising funds for much needed biomedical research into M.E.  every penny raised goes to research as IiMER is run by volunteers.

She is not giving up messenger as she needs it to stay in touch with friends and family both home and abroad, I'm sure you will understand.

Despite all that Nadine has been through over the years, including recent surgery, she is as we all know indomitable and faces all these difficulties with tremendous courage and humour.  I know her online friends and family will miss her like crazy.
