Team #ROHCharity are looking for keen runners and walkers to set themselves a challenge by completing the Great Birmingham Run! All participants will be supporting patients, staff, students and researchers at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.

Story

I have wanted to do something like this for a long time but didn't have the courage. But as I'm getting older I'm pushing myself to get out there and prove I can. It's never too late. I'm proud of myself for making this move. I hope you will be too.
