This is a truly amazing charity, providing confidence through sport to thousands of disabled people, including support to many of the Paralympic athletes... Please take some time to read the web site and all the great ways this charity touches peoples lives.

 

 

In return for your support, I am undertaking the following (gruelling) challenges in 3.5 months.....

 

  

16-18th June - London to Paris Cycle - 210 miles **Complete - 227miles, 16hrs 30mins, top speed 40.7mph!**

 

 

24th June - Cholmondeley Castle, Cheshire - Olympic Triathlon - 1mile swim, 25 mile cycle, 6 mile run. **Complete - 3hrs 25mins - tough hilly course, with 3.5 extra mile cycle!**

 

15th July - Hampton Court Swim - 2.25miles **Postponed until 7th October due to too much rain. Did however complete 2.25miles in Tooting Bec Lido in 1hr 10mins, followed by a 6 km run to ensure I covered the distance!**

 

 

22nd July - Castle Howard, North Yorkshire- Olympic Triathlon **Complete 3hrs 55mins - much tougher, much hillier course... in fact hardest I have done.. extra 5 miles on the cycle too!**

 

 

26th August - Chateau de Chantilly, North of Paris - Olympic Triathlon **Complete 2hrs 59mins - Personal Best, easy undulating course, beautiful setting, easily best triathlon in terms of venue!**

 

 

10th September - Bath to Ludlow cycle - 100 miles

 

 

30th September - Hever Castle, Kent - Olympic Triathlon
