The Emily Ffion Trust was set up to support suddenly bereaved parents following the death of a child.  It was established by John and Sara, the parents of Emily following her sudden and unexpected death.  Emily was also the niece of my good friend Louise. 

I am turning 40 at the end of this month and have no need for birthday presents so if you were thinking of buying me something please donate the money to the Emily Ffion Trust.
