I do believe I said that this years ride from Barnsley to Amsterdam would be my 3rd and last time, a hat trick of rides being very apt considering the theme, yet here I am writing this story after signing up for a 4th time but this year riding from Sheffield to Amsterdam next year.

It is difficult to put into words what this means, it is about riding with so many like minded individuals all with the same goal, raising awareness and funds to help fight prostate cancer, it is about riding with a bunch of guys who I didn't even know 3 years ago but I now call friends, even if they are mainly Nottingham Forest supporters, hence our team name, but most of all it is about trying to make a difference, however small, to help fight this horrible cancer.

1 in 8 men die from prostate cancer, 1 in 4 black men, in fact every 45 minutes a man dies from prostate cancer, and if by riding my bike to Amsterdam, and with your help and support in me achieving my fundraising target, we can start to reverse these statistics, then it is worth doing again and again.

So, here I go again, Lycra at the ready, riding with the same team, new name, in F2A 2020 from Sheffield Wednesday FC to the Johann Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam, 145 miles over 2 days (5th & 6th June) and asking for your help and support again for the 4th time.

So many of you have been there every year for me, and I know I run the risk of becoming the 'oh no not him again' guy, but it is you and not just me who are making a difference, and for that I thank you from my heart.
