Chris and I are taking part in Velindre's next bike challenge where we will be "Riding the Rockies" of Canada in September 2016. 

This route is sure to be very challenging, as most of the time we will either be cycling for hours up some of the worlds biggest mountains or trying to control our bikes as we come back down!  However if our last Velindre bike ride is anything to go by then it will be incredibly rewarding at the same time, and of course it's all for a brilliant charity.

We would be grateful for any donation you can make as it all goes to this amazing charity which really provides a place of hope and serenity during very dark times for many families.
