We are here for the people of East London to live healthier, longer lives

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our Just Giving page.

Every year, New Chapter Consulting chooses a charity to work alongside, organising events and fundraisers with a stated aim of raising £5,000.

This year, we have chosen to support the Adult Critical Care Unit at The Royal London Hospital.

In August of 2016, a friend, colleague and member of the New Chapter Family, Tom Hulme, sadly lost his life in tragic circumstances and at that moment, life lost Tom.

The support and care that the ACCU provided to Tom and his family during his final moments was outstanding and we wanted to do something to help the wonderful doctors and nurses who provide around-the-clock care to everyone admitted to the unit.

The money we will raise will be able to go towards vital equipment that will be able to save lives and improve the palliative care that the ACCU offers to everyone.

Equipment such as scanners and ECG machines.

Over the year, you’ll be seeing plenty of activities and events, where no doubt other members of the New Chapter Family may ask for donations.

In recent years, we’ve completed 24-hour bike rides, defeated The Yorkshire Three Peaks and had more bake sales than every branch of The Girl Guides (combined) but we would really like to make this year a record-breaking year in terms of money raised.

Please join us in remembering Tom by supporting the ACCU at The Royal London Hospital in whatever way you can.

Thank you
