As many of you know, I have suffered with CFS/ME for many years, as have several other people I know. It's a really horrible illness that there is very little known about, and there really needs to be more research into it.

For a long time I have been wondering what I can do to raise money for this. But the problem with being ill is that things like climbing mountains, or running 10ks are laughable impossibilities, and even baking cakes to sell or something simple requires a lot of energy which you don't have when you're not well.

However, getting older seems to be something I do with very little effort, whether I like it or not! So rather than sending me a birthday card, or buying me a drink some time, or even getting me a small present, please donate the equivalent to this page instead.
