On 17th September I am cycling 130km from London to Folkestone in one day in order to raise money for Blue Marine Foundation. 

The Blue Marine Foundation is doing amazing work for the sea. Blue has played a key role in the creation of 4,000,000 km2 of marine reserves and is front and centre in the ongoing fight to conserve the oceans.

Previously I thought cycling 3km to the train station was too strenuous and opted for the car! Things have changed, and I'm now covering 150km per week in order to be fit for the day.
