Having reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in October 2010 and raised £8,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support we are now embarking on a new challenge. In March 2013 we will join a group of people trekking to Everest Base Camp. This is a 19 day trek . It promises to be an extremely testing physical challenge as we will be trekking and camping in remote and dramatic conditions. The event, and the months of preparation, will be tough but we are doing this in order to raise more money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

We have to raise a minimum of £7,500 to take part in the event, of which 66% will benefit Macmillan Cancer Support. The balance will go towards the cost of the trip. We hope to raise more than this and 100% of everything over this amount will benefit Macmillan. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.
