During 2013-2014 we received support from Rowcroft Hospice that was simply beyond value. As Suzie's illness progressed, so the Rowcroft Team adapted, to provide appropriate and immensely valuable care and support in our own home.They gave us emotional support, practical help, compassion and care, and the reassurance that they were always just a phone call away. From 7th-11th March 2014 they gave us the most precious gift of all as they cared for Suzie (and me) at their centre in Torquay during her final days on this earth.

They helped us to face the relentless medical, practical and emotional issues caused by Suzie's illnesses by providing us with an unfailing consistency of care and support, and now they continue to help me as I cope with facing life without her. They have been our lifeline and it was always our desire to give something back and enable other people to benefit from their support of visits, Palliative care, complimentary therapies (for both patient and carer), 'Hospice at home' care, in-patient care if and when the need arises, and so much more.
