Maddie is having brain surgery on 8th April to help improve her physical disabilities.

She will need to have all her hair shaved off on the day of the operation, so she has decided to get it cut really short first.

Her biggest worry about the operation is that it wont work and losing her hair will have been for nothing.

Therefore, she has decided to donate her hair to The Little Princess Trust in order that it will provide hair for another little girl who cannot grow her own, so if Maddie's operation doesnt make a difference to her, she will have made a difference to someone else.
