Zero to Hero is a once in a lifetime fitness programme designed to provide contenders with the opportunity of a lifetime.

In a total of 10 weeks I will complete the programme (hopefully!) and then step into the ring with an evenly matched "white collar" opponent based on weight, fitness and ability. This will take place on 27th June at Liverpool Olympia.

Along the way I will be coached by professional athletes who are first aid trained and give not only advice on technique, stamina and fitness but also nutrition and diet advice.

I would say I am doing this mostly for the fitness programme but also to step out of my comfort zone and achieve a great goal whilst raising money for an extremely worthy cause so dig deep guys and thank you for your support!!
