This year, my wife and children of which two of them have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy decided for a Father’s Day present to sign me up to Make Today Count 2018. They thought it would be a great new challenge for me to take on and would be something different from the roaring crowds of the London Marathon.

WHAT IS MAKE TODAY COUNT ???

Being attached to a British Parachute Association Tandem Parachute instructor, taking off in a plane climbing to a hight of 10,000ft, exiting the aircraft and begin freefall, reaching speeds of 130mph but that's my bit.
