We are supporting the ADRA UK project to supply disabled people in Burkina Faso with hand-pedalled wheelchairs. In Burkina Faso polio is still the major cause of disability - 30% of disabled people are polio sufferers. These hand-pedalled bikes enable them to access work and achieve independent living.
