Fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On 6 November I joined tens of thousands of people to run the 26.2 miles from Staten Island to Central Park through the 5 boroughs. and what a privilege that was. ..Tremendous support, great weather and an atmosphere which couldn't fail to raise a very wide smile. A fabulous personal experience but for an important cause - Macmillan.
Whilst the run may be over the challenge of cancer support isn't. If you are able to I should be most grateful if you would join me in spirit on my task. All donations are welcome and valued no matter the size. Optional gift aid can make a big difference.

Why Macmillan?
Most people are either affected directly or indirectly by cancer. Macmillan are a source of support in medical, practical, emotional and financial ways and a catalyst for change in the treatment of patients in terms of political activity and on a day to day basis.
Their mission
Macmillan exist to help improve the lives of people affected by cancer, both those living with cancer and also their families and carers. Their primary focus is to reach and improve the lives of everyone living with cancer.
