Mr Osborne - Director of Education for Ongar and Headteacher and Mrs Clark - Head of PE and Arts are raising money for The Sammy Jo Brandon Foundation who raises money for Children with Cancer UK. SJBF is The Ongar Academy named charity for the year 2019-20. 

Sammy was Mrs Clark’s close friend and Mr O and Mrs C  want to support a charity who actively raise and invest money for vital specialist research to save the lives of every child with cancer and keep their family together.Our vision is a world where every child diagnosed with cancer gets to ring their end of cancer treatment bell.
