At Outsource we are committed to giving back to local communities and charities.
Our staff are constantly looking for ways to support and donate to local causes and this year our team have chosen The Simon Community NI as the charity partner for 2019. 

Our aim is to work together to help tackle the growing issue of homelessness.  Simon Community NI currently supports 3,000 people per year including families, young people and those with poor mental health and no home.

Our team will be taking part in various planned activities throughout the year including sleep outs, mountain walks and raffles.  The first event of the year will be the Belfast Marathon taking place on Sunday 5^th May. 

We have two teams and 10 staff in total running, they are:

Over 2,400 people can vouch for the crucial residential services we provide along with the 1000's of people who call our 24 hr. emergency helpline each year.
