My name is Owain and I'm 12 years old. I have been diagnosed with autism since I was 3 which means I don't understand things the usual way i.e. I get confused and frustrated when I don't understand things. 

I've decided to ditch the chocolate!!! For one month. The reason I'm going off chocolate for a month is because that it's at risk. 

Climate change means that things like fish and tea and chocolate could go extinct.

The Autism Directory provide an online directory covering the UK signposting to resources and support available. They also provide support to adults with autism to help them with self confidence and to live a more independent life through coaching, advocacy, practical support as well as helping them get into self employment. Their core belief is that everyone deserves the chance to create a life they love waking up to each day and a future to look forward to.
