on Friday 24th August 2018, my amazing mum died from lung cancer. Mum was given six months to live in January 2015, so she miraculously beat all the odds! She was a fighter and an inspiration to us all. We're raising money to split between Millstream Animal shelter and Willow Wood Hospice. My mum loved Millstream and asked that instead of flowers, people donate in her memory. We have decided to also raise money for Willow Wood. Mum spent the last two months of her life here and was truly treated like a queen. All of the staff are amazing and couldn't have done more to help mum.
