I've taken the plunge and going for the Birmingham half marathon to help raise money for Birmingham Childrens Hospital (BCH).

The BCH is a charity close to my heart. Having numerous visits to here when I was young with my asthma and more recently as many of you will know my nephew spent last christmas in the  ICU. Thankfully with the amazing nurses , doctors, staff, research and resources the hospital has, he was able to return home and smile again.
