Story

My name is Paul Anderson and I am currently studying International Relations and Social Anthropology at the University of St Andrews. I'm originally from the Outer Hebrides in Scotland and have a passion for helping people to realise their dreams, ambitions, and potential in life. This is why I applied to volunteer with VSO this summer - to help people to make a positive difference in the world today and to help them develop the skills and abilities they need to achieve their dreams.

However, I cannot do this alone - I need your help. Any monetary contribution you can make, big or small, is a step towards helping me to help others. The money you contribute goes towards not only the project I will be embarking on in June, but to all of VSO's projects across the world (projects which benefit 2 million people every year).

Thank you for your contribution, and if you wish to find out more information about VSO or volunteering abroad, follow the link here: https://vsointernational.org/

About the charity

VSO is an international development organisation that brings people together to share skills, build capabilities, and change lives to make the world a fairer place for all. Everyday, VSO volunteers are working to empower people living in some of the world’s most marginalised communities.
