Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.I am supporting St Mary's Hospice ,Ulverston, a wonderful local organisation providing in-patient ,out-patient and hospice-at-home care to so many....The X Triathlon will see me enjoy swimming 2.4 miles in Lake Windermere, then cycling 112 miles  of the famously hilly Fred Whitton route,finishing up with a marathon distance up and down Scafell Pike from the Ambleside Youth Hostel.....statistically its the toughest Iron Man triathlon out there !I'm starting at 4.30am and have 20 hours to complete it !! Luckily I'm a night owl and enjoy eating  and am so lucky to live  2 milesfrom the start, so this really is my local event, set in such a beautiful location....thank you so much for supporting me and such a fantastic charity ...
