On the 1st July, at the YMCA, Taunton, I'll be seeing how many press ups I can do in 60 minutes. I reckon I can do 1000+ and I'll be 79 in September!
Any money raised will be split 50-50 between the TAH and Taunton YMCA. I delight in keeping fit and want to show that you can improve your fitness at any age. I want to be running around with my great-grandchildren when I'm 100! :)
And if I can do 1000 press ups in an hour, how many can you do?
