I will be running the "Natterjack 10k" in Southport on Sunday 25th September in memory of my friend Jemma Cottier.

Jemma suffered a major stroke in December last year and sadly passed away on 8th January 2016.

I visited Jemma several times whilst she was in the Walton Centre and there was no doubt that she received the best possible care from everyone involved.
